How can I Pay?
•  I only accept paypal, I feel it is the safest and fastest way to pay.
•  I do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier checks
( unless otherwise agreed apon).
 
 
If you are in my location or going to be - Red Deer, Alberta, Canada - contact me and we can make some kind of arrangement  for payment and/or delivery.
 
 

How will your products be shipped?
Wirebutterfly Jewelry ships all handcrafted creations in a white cardboard jewelry gift box with my logo and information on it.  
Vintage and second hand jewelry is shipped in jewelry bags only. (when I have them on my wesite).
I ship all jewelry in a plastic jewelry bag to protect it. 
All small orders (under 2 lbs.) are shipped in bubble padded bag or small box,
larger orders (over 2 lbs.) will be sent in a well padded box. 
 
Your products will be shipped via Canada Post small packet air ( under 2 lbs.), unless otherwise requested.  This means it will take approximately 5-25 days for you to receive it, depending on location where you request it be shipped to

What is your return policy?
Wirebutterfly Jewelry is both handmade and unique.  Every piece will be different, if for some reason you are unhappy with the quality, I will give you a full refund or exchange upon return of product in good condition (or as described in communication and agreement between the two of us).  Return shipping is responsibility of customer, and needs to be returned within 14 days of confirmation of return via email.  If the product is returned damaged, the buyer pays the shipping and a 25% fixing fee.

Do you offer a warrantee or guarantee on products?
All Wirebutterfly Jewelry products are handmade, unique creations, each one will be different.   I am confident that you will love them.  But, if for some reason you are unhappy with the quality, I will give you a full refund or exchange upon return of product in good condition (or as described in communication and agreement between the two of us).  Return shipping is responsibility of customer, and product(s)needs to be received by me, within 10 days of confirmation of return via email.
Products are not warranteed or guaranteed if misused or abused ie. damage due to sleeping with jewelry on, dropping on hard surfaces or rough handling of pieces.

If you are in the area and need to have your piece fixed for some reason, like anklets get pulled sometimes, I'd rather fix it for you - so you can wear it.  Simple repairs are free of charge.
