A Little about Wirebutterfly Jewelry ~ 2008
Are you looking jewelry that is unique and one-of-a-kind?  Then you are in the right place.  
 
Presently, most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and custom,  I have been working alot with brides for custom bridal jewelry & bridesmaids jewelry gifts.  I also make custom Prom jewelry,  These are great Heirloom jewelry pieces that will always be special.  It can be difficult to find jewelry in the colors you want in a regular store, but I can make jewelry with stones & beads that range in all colors imaginable, I am fully set up to work this way. 
 
2006 & 2007 were successful years (specially thanks to loving support from my partner in love and business, Scott, who invests in me and our business as it grows).  And big thanks to my great customers, who definately keep me creativly busy.  And My Galleries and Stores that sell my items.  So far, 2008 is going great,  Custom jewelry is approx 1/2 of my business and the rest is from selling at Markets, shows, private sales, galleries, and the biggest part comes from word-of-mouth from my customers. 
 
This biggest news for 2008 is that Scott and I have had our first child, Carter was born on April 2,2008.  We are very happy.  But of course this has put a shift in what is happening in my life and business.  Orders are taking a little longer that usual to complete.  I need at least One month to have a Custom order finished.  And this will probably need to be extend during our first few months as parents.  But I am continuing on,  I will still be taking custom orders, thought I will not be selling at the Markets this year  (at least at the beginning of the season). 
 
Please be patient, I am in charge of everything, (the things I feel passionately about & the things that have to be done).  Sometimes my website gets behind.  I am trying to have my website updated with new items and information once a month if I can, so please come back and see what's new and available. 
 
I’ve been working hard, making art jewelry is what I live to do.  It always brings a smile to my face and a warmth to my heart when I see people wearing my unique creations.  I have a special connection with each piece I create.

As always, I have a great selection earrings located at my favorite salon and day spa: TANGLES HAIR STUDIO AND DAY SPA.  Located in the Red Deer Lodge 4311 49 ave, phone (403-342-4222).  If you are looking for a great hair cut, or style (expecially brides and bridesmaids)  definately book an appointment with one of the fabulous ladies there.
 
I am available at The Gallery On Main in Lacombe.  They are a fine art gallery with a very diverse collection of fine art and craft from local artists.  I have a great selection of  higher end art jewelry pieces there for viewing and purchase.  Great people, great art work and a friendly atmoshpere,  if you have the chance to stop in - Definately Do!
 
I have a few pieces at Gallery IS downtown Red Deer.  I a few of my "Mermaid Broaches" and my "Goddess Necklace", definately wearth while checking out as well as all the other artist work in this wonderful Gallery.

Ususally ,I am getting ready for the next season of Farmers Markets in Red Deer and Lacombe, but I just had my first baby on April 2, 2008.  So I will not be at the Farmers Markets this year 2008.  Though I am always available for Custom orders and items through my website, Galleries and stores that Carry my items.
